Shanghai Aid Metal Products Co., Ltd. (Aid), formerly known as a die steel supplier mainly engaged in the wholesale and sales of imported steel, now has developed into an integrated supplier of die-set and die steel with high qualifications. The new factory is located in Shanghai Lingang Industrial Park, one of China’s first free trade areas.
We have a professional high-quality team, boast abundant die-set manufacturing experience and powerful technology capacities and are equipped with a complete series of die-set manufacturing equipment including five-sided machining centers, large horizontal machining centers, large vertical gantry machining centers, planer type milling machines, precision large grinding machines and milling machines and deep-hole processing machines. We use advanced CAD/CAM system software, parts coordinate measuring instruments, and other inspection devices; and adhere to a business philosophy of “Integrity Management, Morality First, Quality First, Customer First”. So far, we have become a partner of many well-known enterprises at home and abroad and established long-term supply relations with them.
We provide customers with die-set solutions. We mainly produce die-sets for various kinds of large, complex and high-precision injection moulds, die casting moulds, stamping moulds, and also cover 3D rough/precision molding processing, mechanical parts processing and other business. We are good at manufacturing DME, HASCO and other mainstream standard die-sets; as well as die-sets for double-color moulds, multi-cavity moulds, overall quenched moulds and other high-precision moulds. Our die-sets are mainly applied in automobile, household appliance, IT electronics, industrial electrical appliances, etc.; and are exported to Europe, America and Asia-Pacific region, winning users’ final recognition relying on excellent quality.
Moreover, we also supply high-quality plastic die steel, hot- and cold-working die steel and a full range of other die steel. We can provide customers with comprehensive steel supporting services ranging from material selection solutions to heat treatment integration guarantee, technical devices, and die core molding processing.
