In order to cope with the market challenge, expand company business and realize diversified development, under the guidance of the new management team lead by Chairman Mr. Yang Guimo, JFMT Ruifeng Technology Company was founded at the beginning of 2014 with high-speed sawing machine as its main product. Deputy General Manager Mr. Liu Weidong was appointed as the Project Responsible person and established a team consisted of 12 core members, among them, 5 were certified as senior engineer. With the increase in production, the team will become larger and larger. The 12 core members have rich knowledge and experience in technical R&D. They got significant achievement on the relevant studies including proposing solutions to technical difficulties like main shaft thermal compensation, reliability .etc. which built a good foundation for the future research on this Project. Several research achievements can be applied and integrated into the R&D of this Project. The R&D team had the courage and confidence to overcome various challenges. With the efforts of all the team members, sample design localization, confirmation of technical plan, product conceptual design and key parts design were completed in February 2014. In addition, they started several studies on generic technology. In March, Ruifeng started the trial production of the sample, documentation rectification and design optimization .etc.
