Main hydraulic cylinder maintenance and maintenance instructions

Clean once a year

Method: Draw out all the oil inside the oil, let it settle in an oil barrel, remove the bottom 5% of the original cutting oil. Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the oil cylinder (cannot be washed with water), then filter again and add it back to the oil cylinder. If the cutting oil is insufficient, add enough cutting fluid.

Suggestion: Replace with new oil every two years.

 

2. Circulation oil cylinder maintenance and maintenance instructions

Clean the circulation oil cylinder chip remover filter screen and oil pan at least once a day.

3. Air filter maintenance

1. Remove and clean at least once a week. The method can use an air gun or clean water; then dry the filter to prevent reduced cooling capacity and malfunctions.

2. Clean the radiator fins at least once a week. The method can use a hexagon wrench to remove the protective sheet metal, clean it with an air gun, and then reinstall it.

3. Clean the oil cooler air filter once a week.

4. Central lubrication system maintenance

Operate once a week

Pull the oiler handle 60° each time, return it, and then pull it again, repeat 10 times.

When the oil level in the bottle is found to be insufficient, inject new grease with a grease gun.
